Qualifications for Application
  In order to be admitted as a graduate student, applicants are expected to have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or in the final semester to obtain a Bachelor's degree at an internationally recognized university or college. Otherwise, applicants should have an equivalent qualification to a bachelor's degree which is approved by the Ministry of Education of their respected countries.

Application Materials
  Students should file the below documents and send all documents to the following address before the deadlines:

Required Documents
 
1) Completed Application Form (Downloadable under Application & Recommendation Forms)
2) Official transcript of all undergraduate work
  * Should be an original transcript. Copied transcript should include an official stamp from the University issued and should be officially notarized. * Should also attach the grading system explanation of the bachelor degree granted university on a separate paper

One photocopy of undergraduate diploma of Graduation Certificate

Copied diploma should include an official stamp from the University issued and should be officially notarized.

4) Two letters of recommendation from professors or supervisors
(Recommendation form: Downloadable under Application & Recommendation Forms)
5) Statement of Purpose (SOP)
6) Official Test of English as a foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) (if available)
- TOEFL above 550/213(PBT/CBT), IELTS above 5.5
7) Two passport-sized photos (plain background)
8) Application fee of USD 50
  * When using International Money Order : Payable to Ajou University (and include the money order in the application package)
* When wire-transferring Cash to Ajou University, please send the fee to the following address:

9) One copy of a Verification of Deposit (VOD) of the person responsible for student's expenses (should have more then 10,000USD in the deposit)
10) Curriculum Vitae
11) A Copy of passport

  After submitting application and other required documents, please refer Admission Guide at (here) for next step.
  All documents necessary for application for admission should be provided with original documents
When original documents are written other than English should be submitted after being translated in English and being notarized.
