[Notice] [Important] Mandatory Human Rights Center Online Courses for 2026 Fall Scholarship Eligibility

Dear GSIS Students,
We would like to inform you about the mandatory Human Rights Center online courses required for maintaining scholarship eligibility for the 2026 Fall Semester.
Please note that you must complete all four courses by June 26, 2026.
If you fail to complete them by the deadline, you will be excluded from the scholarship selection for the next semester, regardless of your academic performance.
Completion dates will be verified, and any courses watched after June 26, 2026 will not be recognized.
These courses are provided at the request of the Korean Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and the Ministry of Education (MOE).
If you already completed this course in the Spring 2026 semester, you do not need to take it again.
However, you must verify that you finished the entire course and that it has been officially processed as completed.
1. Required Courses (3 mandatory courses)
- Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence Prevention Education
- Domestic Violence Prevention Education
- Disability Awareness Improvement Education

1-1. How to Check Course Completion
After completing the courses, you can check your completion status and print the certificate if needed.
1-2. How to print the certificate
Go to Certificate → Print Certificate (Click “Certificate” and then “Print”)
If the “Certificate” section is visible on your page, it means that you have successfully completed the course.
Please note that you do not need to submit the certificate separately.
2. Education on Understanding Korean Laws and Regulations (MOCA Platform)
- Access Path:
Ajou University Portal → MOCA → MOOCs → Log in → Pending Courses → 'Understanding Korean Law Education(한국법령이해교육)' → Watch lecture

If you do not complete those 4 courses, you can not receive the scholarship for next semester.
