[GSIS] Notice of Part-time Work Permission

Hello GSIS students,

We have an announcement regarding "Part-time Work Permission".

Below is the GSIS standard for part-time work permission.

[Required Documents for the Permission]

1. Application Form

2. Part-Time Work Confirmation Form

3. Certificate of Business Registration (사업자등록증) - you should get it from your employer

4. Standard Labor Contract (근로계약서) - you should get it from your employer

5. Transcript from Ajou Comprehensive Support Center

6. Study Plan (During semester only)

7. Copy of your IELTS or TOPIK

[Note]

1. Start date of working should be AFTER you get the permission from the immigration office.

2. You should NOT be working before you get the permission from the immigration office.

3. If you get caught working without permission, FINE will be imposed.

4. You can do part-time job from your 2nd semester.
