NEW NUBI AJOU - Taekwondo Class

NUBI AJOU 'Taekwondo Class' - March 28th, 2026
On March 28th, the Taekwondo Class was held to provide international participants with a hands on experience of one of Korea’s representative traditional martial arts. The program was designed to enhance participants’ understanding of Korean culture while allowing them to actively learn both the movements and cultural meaning of Taekwondo.
Participants were divided into two groups and took part in a rotation system between the Taekwondo studio and a classroom. At the studio, they practiced basic techniques such as front kicks and roundhouse kicks, followed by a board-breaking activity. In the classroom, participants engaged in interactive activities including a Kahoot quiz, a coloring activity, and a team-based breaking challenge.
At the end of the event, scores from the classroom activities and participation in the Taekwondo session were combined to select one winning team for each session. The winners received Osulloc Premium Green Tea Waffles as prizes.
Overall, the program successfully combined physical activity and cultural experience, helping participants build connections while gaining a deeper understanding of Korean culture!
