NEW NUBI AJOU - NUBI Picnic

NUBI AJOU 'NUBI Picnic' - April 4th, 2026
On April 4th, the event “NUBI Picnic” was held at Chanyongmun to offer participants an opportunity to relax and connect with others in an outdoor setting. The event aimed to foster a welcoming and inclusive environment while promoting interaction among participants from diverse backgrounds.
The event consisted of various activities, including food sharing, a ride on the Hwaseong Eocha, a traditional Korean archery session, and a kite-making and flying activity. Participants gathered in small groups to share their lunchboxes, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere throughout the picnic. As part of this activity, one NUBI student and one GSIS student who brought the most impressive lunchboxes were selected and awarded portable chargers as prizes.
During the archery session, participants were introduced to basic techniques such as posture, aiming, and shooting before trying the activity themselves. The kite-making session allowed participants to decorate their own kites and fly them in an open field, adding a playful and energetic element to the event. The Hwaseong Eocha ride further enhanced the experience by allowing participants to explore the surroundings of Suwon Hwaseong.
Overall, NUBI Picnic left participants with lasting memories and strengthened their sense of connection within the NUBI AJOU community.
