[Notice] Department/Major Change Application for 2025 Fall Semester (ONLY for 1st and 2nd semester students)
Department/Major Change Application Period: July 2(Wed) ~ July 11(Fri), 2025
To change your current department/major, fill out the application form(attached file) with your transcript and obtain signatures from both of your current department chairman and chairman of the department which you want to change to.
If you wish to change majors within the same department(i.e.: AI & IT Business to International Business), you will need to obtain both signature from your current department.
Prior to visiting each department chairman, please send them an email beforehand and enquire about their available schedule.
After you have filled out and received the signatures, visit the GSIS office and submit the completed form and copy of your transcript to Ms. Jisung in person.
Only 1st and 2nd semester students can apply for changing majors.
Applying for major change is only allowed ONCE during your study, and a student can change their department/major before their third semester begins.
Tuition is different for each department. It is the student’s responsibility to be aware of the change in tuition fees.
Graduation requirements differ for each department. If you change your department/major, be aware that you may have to enroll for additional semesters depending on the courses you have taken.
