Studetns who want to graduate GSIS must take the Comprehensive Exam before the graduation.

In Fall semester, the Comprehensive Exam will be on December 5th, Friday. (GSBE students are not included)

And also other details regarding the CE will be notified in this notice, so please keep checking this notice every week.

After checking the subjects, please choose the subject via Ajou portal from Nov 3rd(Mon) to Nov 7th(Fri).

If you finish applying for the CE,  you must send the CE application fee with your student ID number.

(We will let you know the paying method details through an email.)

After paying the CE application fee, you must send an email with the photo or screenshot which proves that you sent money to us.

It can take more than a day replying to you regarding checking the payment, so please wait until we reply to you whether there is porblem or not.

After finishing application and payment, we will let you know about the instruction of each Subjects.

Usually, we can provide the instructions about one week before the CE, so after the confirmation of the Subject that you applied, you should start studying the Subjects to pass the CE.

**Comprehensive Exam Guidelines**

1) You are not allowed to move during the exam.

2) Please raise your hand if you need help during the exam.

3) Do not talk during the exam. Do not talk when you leave. If you talk, we will consider as cheating.

4) Write your student ID number and full name upper of the answer sheet and question sheet.

5) Answers written on the question sheet will not be counted. Only the answer on front page of your answer sheet will be graded.

6) Use and possession of any electronic devices during the exam will be considered as cheating.

7) Sharing items with other students during the exam is not allowed.

8) You are not allowed to use toliet during the exam.

9) You can only use a black colored pen. Do not use pencils or other colored pen.

10) You can leave earlier if you are done. Please staple your answer sheet before submitting it to the supervisor.

11) Please submit both the question sheet and the answer sheet when you leave.

12) Put you belongings in your bag and place them in front of the classroom.

13) We will hand you out 5 pages of the answer sheet. If you need more, please raise your hand.

- If you talk or move during the exam, we will consider as cheating. If you copy or cheat other students answer, we will make you leave the class then you will fail this CE.

- Students who cheated or have graded below 60 should take re-CE. Students who have to take re-CE should pay 20,000won for each Subject again.

- If you try any cheating and you are caught, you should follow the supervisors instructions.
