[Scholarships] Tuition Payment and Scholarship for 2026 Spring Semester

We inform you of the tuition payment schedule and scholarship details for the 2026 Spring Semester.

2nd TuitionPayment

March 2 ~ March 6, 2026

March 4 ~ March 6, 2026 (1am~5pm)

3rd TuitionPayment

March 20 ~ March 27, 2026

March 23 ~ March 27, 2026 (1am~5pm)

4th TuitionPayment

April 6 ~ April 10, 2026

April 8 ~ April 10, 2026 (1am~5pm)














 *Since the bank account number is created for your tuition fee payment, we urge you to try to complete the transaction during the bank hours from 9am~4pm (KST)


2. Tuition Bill and Scholarship

·All students can check the tuition invoice from February 20, 2026, at the Ajou portal. Please refer to the <Attached file 1. How to print tuition invoice>

·Please take a look at the attached file and follow the instructions. You can also check your scholarship on the tuition bill. <Attached file 2. Tuition Invoice Sample>

·Note that it is your responsibility to print your tuition invoice. Please understand that the GSIS office cannot print out every single student's tuition bill.

The printing machine in the computer lab next to our office is open during office hours (9am~6pm)


3. TuitionPayment Deferment

·Those students who cannot pay the tuition fee by March 6 must let the GSIS office know.

Please understand that we have to keep asking you to update your payment schedule.

·I have attached a deferment form to this email, so please fill out the form and submit it to GSIS email.


4. Others

·Your scholarship was calculated from your department.

Therefore, if there are multiple candidates for the scholarships who received the same GPA from the same department, the person who got a higher raw score is subject to receive a higher one.

·Students who got the scholarship 100% tuitionwaiver do not need to pay money but it is a mandatory procedure to visit a bank with a tuition invoice to get a receipt of the confirmation. (GKS, Ajou-Suwon, IDB scholarshipstudents don't have to visit the bank)

Please submit the receipt via email by March 6, 2026.
