Students who want to graduate GSIS must take the Comprehensive Exam before the graduation.

In this Spring semester, the Comprehensive Exam will be on May 22nd, Friday.

And also other details of the CE will be notified in this notice, so please keep checking this notice every week.

[Subject 1] is chosen by the Dean and the chairman of each departments, and students can choose the course in the [Subject 2].

*Students should pass both Subject 1 & 2 before the graduation.

After viewing the Subjects, please choose the Subject via Ajou Portal from April 28th(Tue) to May 6th(Wed).

If students finish applying for the CE, they must send the CE application fee with your student ID number.

(We will let you know the paying method details through an email. 25,000won for each Subject.)

After paying the CE application fee, students must send an email with the photo or the screenshot that proves your payment.

It can take more than a day confirming your payment, so please wait until we reply to the students email.

Before the Comprehensive Exam, we will let you know the instructions of each Subject.

Usually, we can provide the instructions about one week before the CE, so students should prepare the exam in advance.

**Comprehensive Exam Guidelines**

1) You are not allowed to move during the exam.

2) Please raise your hand if you need help during the exam.

3) Do not talk during the exam. Do not talk when you leave. If you talk, we will consider as cheating so that you will fail the CE.

4) Write your student ID number and full name upper of the answer sheet and question sheet.

5) Answers written on the question sheet will not be counted. Only the answer on front page of your answer sheet will be graded.

6) Use of any electronic devices during the exam will be considered as cheating. Also if you do not turn it off, we will consider as a cheating because you didn't follow the guidelines and supervisors.

7) Sharing items with other students during the exam is not allowed.

8) You are not allowed to use toliet during the exam.

9) You can only use a black colored pen. Do not use pencils or other colored pen.

10) You can leave earlier if you are done. Please staple your answer sheet before submitting it to the supervisor.

11) Please submit both the question sheet and the answer sheet when you leave.

12) Put you belongings in your bag and place them in front/back of the classroom.

13) We will hand you out 5 pages of the answer sheet. If you need more, please raise your hand.

- If you talk or move during the exam, we will consider as cheating. If you cheat other students answer, we will make you leave the class then you will fail this CE.

- Students who cheated or have graded below 60 should take re-CE. Students who have to take re-CE should pay 25,000won for each Subject again.

- If you try any cheating, you should follow the supervisors instructions. If you do not follow the supervisor, we will consider as a cheating also and make you leave the classroom.
