East Asia Youth Forum 2013
: Call for Participants
The International NGO History Forum for Peace in East Asia is an international NGO networking consortium based in Seoul, Korea that aims to explore agendas related to history and peace. It seeks to share views on history with local and international civil society organizations that are active in various fields around building peace in East Asia through understanding and reconciliation of historical experiences.
This year, the NGO History Forum holds its 5th conference on the theme “Civil Society’s Contributions to Promoting a Peaceful East Asian Community and the Evolution of Civilization.” As a part of the program, “East Asia Forum” warmly invites young scholars who seek to find solutions for regional cooperation and reconciliation of history in East Asian Region. The Forum will be conducted in English only. Certificate of participation will be awarded who satisfactorily complete the forum. Written essays of penal presentations will be published in the official booklet.
