New Policy on GSIS Scholarship related to Medical Insurance

Since Ajou university requires all international students to be insured during their study period, we changed the policy on GSIS Scholarship. GSIS scholarship can be awarded for students who have a valid medical insurance. This new policy will be applied for the 2013 fall scholarship. So, please complete to apply for the medical insurance if you don’t have a valid medical insurance and submit the copy of certificate for medical insurance to GSIS office no later than June 14^th, 2013. If you do have a valid medical insurance, you can just submit the copy of certificate for medical insurance to GSIS office no later than June 14^th, 2013.

When insurance is not purchased / submitted by June 15^th, 2013, all of your electronic certificates such as transcripts, certificates of enrollment and etc. will be stopped as of June 14^th.

Every Thursday(Until June 20^th, 2013) at the Global Education Lounge(Time schedule for the insurance agent’s visit to the campus can be found in the Global Education Lounge)
