[GSIS]2014 International Student Orientation Schedule

Dear 2014 Spring New GSIS students,

 

 

Greetings from Ajou University. I am happy to write an email for the orientation information. 

 

On Feb. 27th, 2014, we have an orientation for all international students regarding the general information about your stay in Korea.  And, we will have another orientation for GSIS Academic affairs and course registration on Feb. 28th, 2014.  If you cannot enter into Korea before Feb. 28th, you MUST participate the orientation for late coming students which will be held March 7th, 2014 or March 14th, 2014.

 

Please note that you shouldn’t eat anything except water after 3:00 a.m. on the day of GSIS orientation since you are going to have a health checkup(X-ray, Blood test).  Please prepare 25,000Won for your health checkup. After we check if you have done your health checkup and if you purchased the health insurance, we will give your student ID card.

For the students who arrive in Korea after the orientation date, we are going to help you to register the courses.  Please visit GSIS office after you arrive in Korea.
