[GSIS] Welcoming Party and Orientation for the late new comers

Dear GSIS new students

 

 

The welcoming party for 2014 spring is scheduled as the below.

 

 

< 2014 Spring Welcoming Party>

 

 

  • Date/Time: 14th March(Fri), 17:00pm
  • Place: Hotel Castle (Nobles room)

-> NUBI friends will company together with you if you don’t know how to get to Hotel Castel tomorrow. In this case, please wait for NUBI in front of GSIS office by 4PM.  

 

 

GSIS professors, GSIS staffs and NUBI buddy will join this party for greeting GSIS new comers tomorrow, so please do not miss the chance to meet all GSIS family! J

 

Regarding GSIS Orientation, the last orientation is scheduled on Mar. 14th. In the case you didn’t do any health check-up so far, please come to Yulgok hall #151 by 9AM. ** Do not have any morning meal, but water is fine**

If you had a health check-up at well-being center in Ajou Hospital but didn’t just attend GSIS Orientation, please come to Yulgok hall #151 by 1PM.
