2016 Fall semester Student Representative Recruitment

1. Term : one semester- Fall Semester : Sep. 11 ~ Dec. 21 (four months)

2. Number of Representatives: 1 representative in each department

(IB / IT/ NGO & IDC)

3. Election Procedure:

1) GSIS office will collect all the application forms submitted and will announce the candidate list via NOTICE board on Jun. 10^th.

2) Students will elect one candidate in person from Jun. 13^ththrough 21^st .

(GSIS office will provide "Ballot" for election one by one)

3) GSIS will collect three candidates according to the result of students’ vote and will forward all candidates to each department chair to finally select the student representatives.

* For the final decision, GSIS and department chairs will consider students’ academic ability, attitudes toward all events, seminars, lectures provided by the GSIS, attitudes toward other students, leadership and diligence.

4) GSIS will announce the final winner selected by the students and the department chairs via NOTICE Board on Jun. 23^rd.

Off-line Voting	Jun. 13^th to 21^st
Final result from department chairs	Jun. 22^nd
Announce from GSIS office	Jun. 23^rd
