[Notice] Grade Check Period

Dear Students,

Here is some important information regarding checking your final marks.

Please read them very carefully.

1. Final Mark Check : 26th, June (Mon) - 27th, June (Tue)

2. Negotiation & Correction of Final Mark : 28th, June (Wed) - 4pm, 29th, June (Thu)

Please notice that those who completed their course evaluation only can check their grade during the period of Final Mark Check and will be able to make a negotiation and ask correction to professors.

Those who did not complete their course evaluation also can check their final mark, however, you will be able to check your final mark after 29th. Also, those who do not complete the course evaluation will not be able to make any negotiation or requests about their final marks to professors.

Adding to this, you SHOULD contact to your professor via email DIRECTLY if you have got any queries on your final marks or would like to get some comments about your final marks. Complaining to the GSIS office is NOT helping you regarding this issue.

Lastly, I would like to inform you that making unreasonable requests to upgrade your final marks to your professor may cause degrading of your final mark, since grading was done following each professor's own criteria.
